Post Partum Meal Service

A deeply nourishing way to soften into your postpartum knowing your meals are taken care of with love and intention.

All meals are lovingly cooked by Sally using organic, locally sourced ingredients and infused with high-grade postpartum herbs and spices to support optimum healing. Sally was a vegan chef for four years and then transitioned to an ancestral method of cooking, she owned a restaurant for four years taking the lead in the kitchen. All of her food is made to be incredibly healing, flavourful and encourages optimal digestion, bringing warmth and grounding back to the body after birth.

This package is fully customisable and can be tailored to your unique needs and dietary preferences. Whether you're gluten-free, vegan, or bone-broth-loving, your body and soul will be well fed.

The Meal Package Includes:

  • 6 x postpartum stews (each stew serves two = 12 meals)

  • 2 x sweet treats (each serves 6–8)

  • 1 x healing tonic paste — simply add warm milk or water to sip as needed
