Becoming a mother is one of the most profound and initiatory passages a woman will ever move through. It is a crossing, a descent, a blooming, and a return. I know this terrain intimately through my own path as a mother shaped by both life and loss.
This offering was born from my deep longing to honour birth as it truly is: holy, raw, psychedelic, elemental — A portal to heaven.
Ritual Doula is my way of tending to the mother.
Here is where I weave ancient birth practices passed to me by traditional Patera’s with modern mystic energy work and ancestral nourishment.
I believe in a blending the psychic, energetic and spiritual with real tangible ceremonies and rituals is the most powerful form of birth prep. Allowing us to journey together to embody expanding beyond our selves to deeply connect with ancestral energy, babies energy and the energy of mother earth — all of which are ever present in the birth portal.
I use my training in psychic somatics, breathwork, guided meditation and voice activation along with rebozo body work and traditional birth practices to prep the mind, spirit and body for the journey of motherhood.
This is for the woman who wants to birth in her power.

Full Journey Package
(6 Prenatal Sessions + Birth Attendance + 3 Postpartum Visits)

The Ritual Doula Package is a deeply embodied 1:1 journey that is crafted specifically for your needs all of these sessions held entirely in person. This is a sacred weaving of traditional midwifery wisdom, energy healing, voice activation, ceremony, ritual, bodywork, prayer, nature immersions, connection and sharing.
Sally weaves traditional birth practices with body work, energy work, spiritual preparation, practical birth preparation, intuition sharpening exercises, voice activation, prayer and nourishment into her doula offerings. She meets you where you are at and intuitively designs each session to be layered and to support you with your journey.
This is for the woman who wants to introduce deep rooted traditional birth ceremonies into her journey.
In booking either package you also have Sally to call on for your birth, she is there as a guardian of the energy, she is 100% hands off and does not intervene with the mothers process instead acts as gentle support to reinforce the mothers decision. This is perfect for any woman who is deciding to freebirth or sovereign birth, or is birthing at home with a medical midwife but wants the space protected and held in the spiritual. Sally is also a photographer of 10+ years and can offer images if requested. She also comes on board to plan your mother blessing and will be there as a sister honouring all rites of passage.
After birth, we enter the post partum cloud with tenderness—creating sacred space with options for placenta medicine, processing birth, womb healing, and Closing of the Bones ritual with hot oil, herbs, prayer and cacao. All post partum visits include a nourishing meal for two and a hot healing tonic. Sally also offers a full post partum meal package if you would like that included in your support.

This offering is for the mother that cares deeply for her post partum sacred window.
This package includes high grade nourishment with each visit including a savoury meal for two plus a post partum tonic and sweet treat. This package will allow you to feel tended to, cared for and supported.
In booking this package you receive nourishment, we go deep into your birth process with gentle activations to allow you to soften, you have the option to receive a rebozo womb binding, placenta medicine / encapsulation and a personalised closing of the bones ceremony.
This package is built based on your needs and is customised to fit into how much care you desire.
