In this session, we explore your birth plan while journeying into the ancestral connections that shape your path. We unravel the red thread of lineage, awakening inherited wisdom and strengthening your psychic protection. Through guided journaling and a deep medicine drum meditation, you’ll connect with the unseen forces that support and guide you.
Session 2 ~ Sharpening The Intuition
This session explores the sacred power of your psychic channel while deepening your connection to your birth plan. Through a guided intuition-strengthening exercise, you will attune to the subtle energies within and around you, enhancing trust in your inner knowing. As we open the heart, we release attachment to the physical realm, allowing a profound synchronisation with the spirit world to unfold, guiding you toward a more aligned and empowered birth experience.
Session 3 ~ Life Giver Activation
This session is a deep vocal activation and intuitive expansion designed to prepare you for birth. We clear stagnant energies, release fears, and open the psychic channel, allowing you to fully step into your power as a life-giver. This is a journey of clearing, opening, and aligning with the sacred flow of birth.
Session 4 ~ Nurturing the Heart
In this final session, we return to the heart—softening into the birth portal with deep trust and clarity. Through guided envisioning, we call in the most aligned and powerful vision of your birth, dissolving any lingering fears or doubts. You will craft your birth affirmations, anchoring into the wisdom of your body and baby. We also weave the sacred thread of postpartum, designing a plan rooted in ritual, ceremony, and deep nourishment.
