Sally is devoted to womens work, as a birth worker she has trained with a traditional midwife and partera to become a guardian of birth. She prefers ancient methods of healing and ceremony to journey with you through all phases of your womb journey. Unlike regular doulas Sallys work is focused around the spiritual preparation for birth coupled with a ceremonious and nourishing post partum — weaving her knowledge of food and nutrition into her packages. She uses her skills in psychic somatics along with her wisdom on life and death to walk with women not only in the psychical but in the spiritual realm as they prepare for the journey of birth. Sally provides support that is for life, creating community and sisterhood that supports all things motherhood.
Traditional Birth Offerings and Ceremonies

Closing of the bones is vital for your birth journey. It allows you to return to your body, to close the portal of birth and is a way of bringing in finality in the form of ritual to move into your next phase of life.
This can be done on any woman who wishes to close a chapter and step into a new phase of being.
This sacred ceremony weaves together smoke cleansing, mindfulness, and drumming, creating a space for deep restoration and connection. Wrapped in a traditional rebozo—handwoven by women, each thread infused with intention—you are held in the spirit of its creation.

An ancient tradition of closing of the bones using herbs and oils to massage and return heat to the womans body. This ceremony includes two herb / flower baths, a warm tonic and deep ritual paying reverence and love to the mother her journey is honoured.
Similar to the traditional closing of the bones but with oil massage and botanical water cleansing.
This is done at 40 days post partum and can be seen as the final closing of the birth portal.
